1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Luòyì (落忆), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility / 使用资格

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate information in your profile
• One account per person

3. Acceptable use / 使用规范

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload offensive, violent, or explicit content
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Share other users' personal information without consent

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, text). By posting, you grant Luòyì a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform for its intended purpose (e.g. showing your profile to other users).

5. Account termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting hello@luoyi.app.

6. Disclaimer / 免责声明

Luòyì is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee matches, connections, or any particular outcome. We are not responsible for interactions between users outside the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
